I didn't set out to build a company. I set out to understand someone I love, and to do that I had to look further back than one person. So I read my own line, across generations. Everything here grew from what that taught me.

I founded Physically Primal Global, hold a Master of Integrative Health, and oversee every line the practice takes on myself. I personally oversee every family we work with, bringing in qualified practitioners and specialist partners when their expertise is needed.
